NeuroYug
About NeuroYug
NeuroYug is an independent educational publication created by D K Bhargav Achary. It brings together writing on heart health, brain health and neurodiversity.
The idea is to start with questions people actually have. What happens during a heart attack? Why do different strokes require different treatments? How should we understand autism, ADHD or dyslexia without reducing people to stereotypes?
Our first series, Heart and Brain Health, begins with Part 1, available in English, Hindi, Odia and Telugu. Future neurodiversity writing will have its own focused research and review. The series page describes what is planned and what has actually been published.
We want the writing to be readable without becoming careless. Sources, qualifications and uncertainty matter. Lived experience matters too, and it will be distinguished from population-level research or clinical recommendations.
The voice brings together personal warmth, careful explanation and respect for what patients and families experience. We develop the reference article in English, then prepare natural Hindi, Odia and Telugu editions. Marathi, Tamil, Bangla and other regional languages are planned with peer/contributor help. Each edition needs its own language and medical-meaning checks; language links identify the versions actually available.
NeuroYug is an educational project, not a clinical service. We do not claim that articles have been reviewed by a medical professional unless that review has actually happened and is identified. Read more about our editorial standards.
